Wild Garlic Salt

Here’s a really simple way to preserve wild garlic and enjoy it throughout the year, by Josephine Marchandise, Head of our Creative and Regenerative Kitchen:


- Chop and grind your wild garlic

- Add sea salt

- Spread it our and let it dry over night

- Place in a sealed jar and store in a cool dry place
